THE ACADEMY

On the premises of the Old and New Midleton Distilleries in County Cork, Ireland, is a brand-new, cutting-edge teaching facility called the Irish Whiskey Academy.

The Irish Whiskey Academy, which began accepting students in February 2013 and now hosts classes centred on the creation and history of Irish whiskey made at Midleton, has established itself as Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard’s specialised whiskey institute.
